Is there any long term effects to having water seep through your carpet into the floors if the carpet is replaced.. will the flooring beneath dry properly without expanding or contracting the wood? We had a pipe burst in our house and flooded the carpet upstairs and down.

I have Kenmore He2 washer. Its over a year old and it's started leaking water on floor. This leak is happening from detergant filler place. looks like water is not going fast into washer tub and instead going slowly and extra water pumping from top is leaking from there. Any suggestions to fix this or repair this will be greatly appreciated.

I have an wirlpool washing machine, and everytime it goes to the next cycle it stops example first cycle when it fills with water it will stop, and it will stop before it goes into rinse, and I have to bang on the hood of the washer and put something heavy on top to keep it going, is it the timer or is it someting else. I want to repair it myself but I need to know what the problem is.

The repair estimates are all over 3000 dollars. Is there any way to find an agency or someone to help me with the costs? It involves going under the side walk in front of my house and digging a trench to have access to the water line. The old pipe is lead, I have to replace it with a special copper alloy for it to be up to code.

I have a Casio EX-Z75 7.2 Mega Pixels (the best that I could afford). My camera was working just fine and I haven't used it for over four days till this afternoon. When I turn it on it was working use fine except that the image on the LCD panel was "fuzzy" when zooming in and out. I turn it off, when I tried to turn it on back again, the image panel turn black. I tried to turn it on several times and the only thing I got was a message that read, lens error. I don't know the cause why this would have happend, mind you that it has NOT fallen to the floor, water or the bounce on to anything. IS IT WORTH REPAIR? or SHOULD I BUY A NEW CAMERA? (I've only had it for three months the least). If I were to buy a new camera what would be the best and most affordable one?
I bought my camera at Digital Universe, which by the way service was horrific (this was at Dolphin Mall, FL). I was not given a warranty card, plus I had to buy memory seperate. This was my first camera and I hope that with some one expert advice or at least with some knowledge on digital devices or experience I can make a better choice, thank you.
camera errors has stop, there is a noise that is coming from camera which makes camera turn off atuomatically.
I would like a camera which can be use for educational purposes.
